Summer Camp: Uncalled Name
Privacy Policy
Version 1.0 · Effective date: 2026-10-28 · Last updated: 2026-10-28
This Privacy Policy explains how Shanghai Foldin Design Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", "our")
handles information in connection with 夏令营:孤岛 (English title: Summer Camp: Uncalled
Name; Apple bundle identifier cn.foldin.wt3play) and our other games, applications and
related services (collectively, the "Services").
1. Summary
We do not collect personal information. Our Services require no account with us, contain no analytics, advertising or tracking technology, and transmit no personal information to us or to third parties. Your game progress and preferences are stored only on your own device. The only information we ever receive is what you choose to send us directly — for example a support e-mail — which we use solely to reply to you.
2. Information we do not collect
We do not collect, request, or receive:
- your name, e-mail address, postal address, telephone number or date of birth;
- payment or billing details (purchases are completed entirely by the store you use);
- your precise or approximate location;
- device identifiers, advertising identifiers or device fingerprints;
- your contacts, photos, camera, microphone or files;
- usage analytics, behavioural profiles or gameplay statistics;
- cookies or browsing history within the Services.
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
3. Data stored on your device
The Services store the following on your own device, in the application's standard data folder. This data is never uploaded to us and we keep no copy of it:
- Progress and save data — which parts of a story you have reached, your position in the current scene, and accumulated play time.
- Preferences — audio volumes, display settings, interface language and subtitle size.
- Log files — a plain-text session log written by the game engine to help diagnose crashes or loading problems. It is not transmitted automatically.
You can delete this data at any time by removing the application's data folder or by uninstalling the application; doing so erases your progress and preferences and nothing else. Where the platform you use offers a cloud-sync feature and you enable it, the platform — not we — stores the copy.
4. Information you send us
If you contact us for support or feedback, we receive the e-mail address and content of your message. We use it only to answer you, we do not add you to any mailing list, and we do not share or sell it. We keep it only as long as needed to resolve your request.
5. Platform providers
The Services are distributed through third-party platforms (such as Apple's App Store or Steam). Those platforms process the data needed to deliver, license and account for your purchase — for example your platform account, purchase record and, where you enable such features, achievements or cloud saves. We never see your payment details. That processing is governed by the platform's own privacy policy, and requests concerning it should be directed to the platform.
6. Generative AI disclosure
Some content in our games was produced with the assistance of generative AI: story scripts were drafted by a large language model and edited by humans, story videos were generated by a generative video model and reviewed and edited by humans, and some subtitle translations were AI-assisted. All such content was produced and finalised before release; no content is generated at runtime and no information about you is sent to any AI service. This disclosure is provided for transparency and does not describe any collection of personal information.
7. Children
Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). Because we collect no personal information, we collect none from children. Age restrictions and account requirements are enforced by the platform through which you obtained the Service.
8. Security
We hold no server-side database of user information to protect. Data stored on your device is protected by your device's own security measures. No method of storage is completely secure, but as we hold none of your information, there is no store of yours for us to lose.
9. Your rights
Because we do not collect personal information, there is normally no data about you for us to access, correct, delete or transfer, and we do not sell or share personal information as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). If you have sent us a support e-mail, you may ask us to delete it at any time. Where local law grants you additional rights — for example under the GDPR or UK GDPR, Brazil's LGPD, Japan's APPI, South Korea's PIPA, Turkey's KVKK or Australia's Privacy Act — you may exercise them by contacting us through the support contact published on the product page of the store you used, and you may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. For data held by a platform (account, purchase, achievement or cloud-save records), please contact that platform directly.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The revised version will be published on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or its store listing where appropriate. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
